Thank you for participating in the after school 2025/2026 artScamp survey.

S'camper schedules are so full, and I want to try to create options that work for the most people. Days are not guaranteed—I have a 4 s'camper minimum to make a day happen, also, sometimes time slots will not all be available for all days.

Please add any notes or suggestions or feedback in the last questions of the form. I read everyone of these and consider all feedback, even if I can't make all requests happen.

First session this fall will probably be second week in September.

Deadline to get your requests in  before I make final call on offered days/times/age groups is Wednesday August 20th.

Please check ALL options that work for your schedule, you can select more than one day. This just helps me to figure out best days, it does not mean you would want more than one day per session. Make sure you let me know what the earliest time start would be for your child on a given day.

Please fill out a separate form for each child.
