Thank you for participating in the after school artScamp survey.

S'camper schedules are so full, and I want to try to create options that work for the most people. Days are not guaranteed—I have a 4 s'camper minimum to make a day happen, also, sometimes time slots will not all be available for all days.

This will probably be on Thursdays for the next few sessions, if I make my minimum of 4 s'campers.

Please add any notes or suggestions or feedback in the last questions of the form. I read everyone of these and consider all feedback, even if I can't make all requests happen.

Next session will start the week of February 17th and run for 4 weeks, with the week of March 3-7 off because I have jury duty.

Deadline to get your requests in  before I make final call on offered days/times/age groups is Wednesday February 5th.

Please check ALL options that work for your schedule, you can select more than one time slot and day. This just helps me to figure out best days, it does not mean you would want more than one day per session.
